About the Job
What If Your Next NP Job Actually Gave You the Autonomy to Practice?

If you’re a Nurse Practitioner who loves building relationships, managing complex patients, providing meaningful primary care, and making a measurable difference in people’s lives, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Kinetic Medical Group (KMG) is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and serve patients in Pocomoke City, Maryland.
This isn’t a position where you simply check boxes and move from patient to patient.
You’ll become a trusted clinical leader within the community — working alongside patients, families, nursing staff, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, manage chronic conditions, identify problems early, prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and ultimately help patients live healthier, better lives.
And because KMG is nurse practitioner-owned, we understand what NPs actually need to thrive: clinical autonomy, flexibility, meaningful work, competitive compensation, and a team that has your back.

Why You’ll Love This Role
Practice With Real Clinical Autonomy:
  • You’ll have the opportunity to think like a provider, not just follow a protocol.
  • You’ll evaluate and manage patients across a broad range of primary care needs, make meaningful clinical decisions, identify problems early, and develop individualized plans of care.
  • You’ll have the freedom to use your experience and clinical judgment while still having a team of like-minded providers available for support.

Build Relationships That Actually Matter:
  • Primary care gives you the opportunity to see the whole person — not just the diagnosis.
  • You’ll get to know your patients, their families, their goals, their challenges, and what matters most to them.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to become a trusted healthcare partner for the people you serve and develop relationships that extend far beyond a single visit.
  • You won't be just another provider moving from appointment to appointment.
  • You'll become someone your patients know, trust, and rely on.

Make a Community-Wide Impact:
Imagine being able to improve the health of an entire population of patients — not just one patient at a time.
You’ll have opportunities to help develop and support initiatives focused on:
  • Reducing avoidable hospitalizations.
  • Improving chronic disease management.
  • Increasing preventative care.
  • Identifying health concerns early.
  • Improving medication management.
  • Helping patients better understand and manage their health.
  • Improving continuity of care.
  • Strengthening communication between patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Improving overall health outcomes and quality of life.
Your clinical decisions can have an impact that extends far beyond the exam room.

What You Can Expect at KMG
Competitive Compensation:
$115,000–$140,000 annualized compensation for full-time employment, with compensation for part-time providers based on schedule and clinical commitment.

Work-Life Balance:
  • We believe being a great provider shouldn't require sacrificing your life outside of work.

Schedule Flexibility:
  • Whether you're looking for a full-time position or prefer a part-time schedule, we believe providers should have flexibility in how they practice.
  • Our goal is to create a schedule that works for both our patients and our providers.

Career Growth:
We're growing — and high-performing providers have opportunities to grow with us.

NP-Owned & NP-Focused:
Work alongside professionals who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of practicing as an NP.

Meaningful Work:
Make a tangible difference in the health and quality of life of patients throughout the Pocomoke City community every day.

What You'll Do:
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
  • Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, CHF, and other medical conditions.
  • Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies.
  • Review and manage medications.
  • Provide preventative care and health screenings.
  • Identify and address medical issues before they become emergencies.
  • Educate patients and families about disease management, medications, lifestyle, and preventative health.
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
  • Help reduce avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
  • Participate in quality-improvement and population-health initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for your patients.
  • Practice with a high degree of autonomy while having support from the KMG team.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for an NP who is clinically confident, compassionate, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys practicing primary care.
You may be a great fit if you:
  • Enjoy building long-term relationships with patients.
  • Like the variety and complexity of primary care.
  • Want greater autonomy in your practice.
  • Believe relationships are an essential part of great healthcare.
  • Communicate well with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Take ownership of patient outcomes.
  • Enjoy managing both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Want to practice medicine in a community-focused environment.
  • Want to be part of a growing organization rather than a large corporate system.
  • Are motivated by improving quality of life — not simply treating diagnoses.
  • Value flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.

Most importantly, you care.
You care about the patient in front of you.
You care about their family.
You care about understanding what is actually going on in their life — not just what appears in their medical record.
And you care about leaving every patient healthier, better informed, and better supported than when they came to see you.

Come Practice Medicine the Way It Should Be Practiced:
If you're looking for a position where you can use your clinical judgment, build lasting relationships, have a real voice in patient care, and make an impact on the health of an entire community, we'd love to meet you.
At Kinetic Medical Group, we're not just building a practice.
We're building a team of providers who believe patients deserve better — and giving those providers the autonomy, flexibility, and support to make it happen.
Whether you're looking for a full-time career or a part-time opportunity, we want to hear from you.
If you're ready for a career where your work matters, we want to meet you.
