Competitive Compensation:

$115,000–$140,000 annualized compensation for full-time employment, with compensation for part-time providers based on schedule and clinical commitment.

What You'll Do:

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will:

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Manage common chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, COPD, CHF, and other medical conditions.
Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies.
Review and manage medications.
Provide preventative care and health screenings.
Identify and address medical issues before they become emergencies.
Educate patients and families about disease management, medications, lifestyle, and preventative health.
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
Help reduce avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalizations.
Participate in quality-improvement and population-health initiatives.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Serve as a trusted clinical resource for your patients.
Practice with a high degree of autonomy while having support from the KMG team.
